In this all-levels yoga class, you will learn to connect conscious breath with mindful movements as we flow from one shape to the next. This Integrated Vinyasa™ class incorporates poses (asana) that build strength and increase your range of motion. Additionally, students are encouraged to explore modifications and variations allowing you to intensify or relax a posture based upon your present needs. Each intelligently sequenced class provides an alignment-based physical practice that aims to focus and calm your mind.


Cup of Kindness Yoga for People in Chronic Pain

Living in chronic pain can be isolating and extremely challenging, but know you are not alone!

Cup of Kindness Yoga provides an opportunity for people in chronic pain to practice adaptive yoga in a safe, supportive environment. Drawing on my experiences as a chronic pain warrior, I will establish a space where participants learn to cultivate skills that will re-establish a healthy relationship between mind and body through seated movements, meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques). Yoga teaches us how to be kind to ourselves by learning how to listen to our bodies. This practice emphasizes that each one of us is a whole person (mind, body, and spirit) rather than solely a person in pain. The ultimate goal of these classes is not necessarily to 'fix' your pain but to help you feel better and live a happier, more fulfilling life.

Online Yoga

Online solar and lunar yoga classes coming in 2017! These classes will focus on mindfulness (vipassana), the physical practice of yoga (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation.
